Brad is a father, certified personal trainer, certified nutrition coach, diabetic care education specialist, researcher, nature enthusiast, and creative meal designer.

With over 30 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Brad's lifelong passion for fitness has driven him to explore effective dietary solutions for both himself and his clients. His introduction to the ketogenic diet dates back over 23 years, when he was first introduced to it by the late Dan Duchaine, author of Underground Body Opus: Militant Weight Loss & Recomposition. At that time, the ketogenic diet was rudimentary, relying heavily on unhealthy foods and fats.

Today, the ketogenic diet has evolved significantly, shaped by modern scientific advancements to emphasize healthy, whole foods and heart-healthy fats. As a result, it has become one of the most popular, cleanest, and sustainable ways of eating.

Brad is deeply committed to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. He recognized early in his career that nutrition is the primary driver of success in any fitness journey, with exercise playing a supportive role.
