Order by Wednesday 6:PM for Sunday Delivery/Pickup

Any orders placed after 6:PM Wednesday will be ready the following delivery/pickup period.

• Meals include your choice of protein: Chicken, Beef, or Salmon

• And choice of one steamed vegetable: Asparagus, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Cauliflower, Green Beans, Mixed Veggies, or Zucchini.

• All meals are garnished with salad. 

• All fats used in cooking are organic, healthy choices including beef tallow, duck fat, coconut oil, avocado oil, and/or grass fed butter. 

• We do NOT use industrial seed oils.
