Order by Wednesday 6:pm for Sunday Delivery/Pickup

(Any orders placed after 6:PM Wednesday will be ready the following delivery/pickup period)

Meals include your choice of protein: Chicken, Beef, or Salmon
And choice of one steamed vegetable: Asparagus, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Cauliflower, Green Beans, Mixed Veggies, or Zucchini.
All meals are garnished with salad.
All fats used in cooking are healthy choices which include tallow, chicken/duck fat, avocado oil, and/or grass fed butter.
